• Authentication: We use Auth0 to authenticate users. We do not store your passwords or authentication credentials ourselves.
• Documents: We do not store the original documents or text you upload. Only summaries generated by the application are stored.
• Summaries: Generated document summaries are stored in a secure MongoDB cluster hosted in the EU region.
• Logs: We do not store any user data in application logs.

2. Use of OpenAI API

Our AI capabilities are powered by the OpenAI API. Your document content is temporarily processed by the API to generate summaries. OpenAI does not retain this data, and we do not store the original input either.

3. Data Control and Deletion

You have full control over your document summaries. You may delete any summaries from your user profile, which results in permanent deletion from our database.

4. Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect stored summaries, including encryption, access control, and secure hosting within the EU.

5. Third-Party Services

• Auth0: Used for secure user authentication.
• OpenAI: Used for AI processing of document content.
• MongoDB: Used for storing document summaries in the EU.
